Bill transitioned from the snow of upstate New York to the warm sun of Kona in 2011. He brings a wide variety of experience from majoring in international relations in college to his previous careers as airport security manager, behavioral detection officer and sports editor. Bill lives out the spirit of Aloha, which is demonstrated by his honesty, integrity, and friendly smile.

Bill and his wife Roxena enjoy living on the slopes of Hualalai, with a stunning view of Kailua-Kona and the Pacific Ocean. They are active in their church and the community and serve in local and global outreaches sharing their blessings with others. Bill’s hobbies include swimming, gardening, photography and exploring the beauty, history and culture of Hawai’i Island. Bill’s interest in real estate began when he remodeled a home that has been in Roxena’s family for over 100 years. This gave him first-hand experience in designing, remodeling, construction and landscaping.

Since becoming a Realtor in 2015, Bill has built strong relationships with his clients, getting to know their needs and wants. He uses his knowledge of Hawai'i Island and its current real estate market to identify the best available properties for his Buyers and get maximum value for his Sellers.
